About

I’m Evgeni Rusev — a forward-deployed Solution Architect at Tecknoworks, a boutique Microsoft Gold Partner. I work with clients across legal tech, manufacturing, mining, and insurance to design and deliver applied AI and software solutions, translating business goals, operating realities and technical constraints into architectures that scale. That means building new capabilities, modernizing legacy platforms, or integrating with established enterprise environments.

I lead the architecture end to end, from solution design and technology selection through implementation oversight, with a focus on security, production readiness, and long-term maintainability. I also lead the adoption of AI-driven SDLC practices, internally and with clients, through workshops, training and hands-on enablement.

Before this I was AI Practice Lead, where I led a 15-person team taking applied AI projects from pilot to production. Most of that work was everything around the model: integration, data quality, governance, observability and solid engineering practice.
